A colleague asks how they handled a busy morning. What do you say first, and what do you leave for another day?
Staff practice real skills with each other in thirty-minute conversations, on scenarios your organization writes. One link to share, nothing to integrate.
Early-stage. We are forming a small number of pilots and have no outcome data yet.
You choose the skills and write a scenario for each one, in your own words, about the situations your teams actually face. Meaningful works with you on the first set.
Each person says what they can teach and what they want to learn. Nobody can browse who teaches what. It is only used to suggest a pairing.
One colleague has done it, another is about to. A pairing only goes ahead if both people say yes, and nobody sees who it is until they do.
In a thirty-minute call, both people see the same scenario and talk about what they would do. Camera is optional and the call is not recorded.
Colleagues can notice a skill in each other, and a mentor you designate can endorse it. Only the person themselves sees it.
Three examples. Yours would be in your own words.
A colleague asks how they handled a busy morning. What do you say first, and what do you leave for another day?
Your huddle keeps running long. What do you cut, and how do you tell the team?
It is their second week and they have not asked a single question. What do you say to make it easier?
Calls are never recorded. Anyone can leave, report or block at any time.
Only you see your own results. Your organization never sees an individual’s skills, ratings or reflections.
The organization sees overall numbers, never about one person, so they can't be used to judge, pay or select an individual.
Administrators choose which groups appear in the participation view. A patient cohort can never be included.
Staff practice skills that come from your own day to day scenarios, written in your words and kept private from other organizations.
Experienced staff mentor colleagues who want to learn. You designate the mentors who can endorse the skills they help to build.
Most skills transfer through conversation. You can follow your staff's development in overall totals, without watching anyone.
Meaningful is early-stage, so we would start small and shape it around your organization. There is no new system to integrate, and staff join from one invite link.
Meaningful creates your organization and an invite link, and appoints your administrators.
Start with a few. Your administrators can add more at any time.
Share it with at least one team through your own channels, such as an email or a team meeting.
